Terms of Service

Published September 29, 2026. Test-service addenda updated October 3, 2026.

These terms describe the rules for using the GameVerse website, accounts, and game-server hosting. GameVerse is presented as a PixlFlip Enterprises brand. These terms take effect for new orders from September 29, 2026; they do not retroactively remove rights under an existing order or a separate written agreement. Read the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy before providing information or storing server files.

1. Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account and billing information and use only accounts, payment methods, and content you are authorized to use. Keep your credentials private and tell support about suspected unauthorized access. You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter the purchase you make; a person purchasing for an organization must be authorized to do so. Registration does not verify your age or legal authority.

2. Plans and provisioning

The selected plan and final checkout show the price, currency, billing interval, and applicable charges. Review them before paying. Provisioning is automated through our hosting panel, but capacity, configuration, payment processing, and installation can cause delays or failures. There is no guaranteed sub-minute setup, uninterrupted availability, or service-credit SLA in these terms. Contact support if an order does not provision correctly.

Manage available console, files, backups, and schedules through the hosting panel. Features and resource limits depend on the plan, game, and configuration. Mods, plugins, game updates, and third-party software can affect performance. A requested plan change is subject to availability and the options actually offered in billing or by support.

3. Recurring billing

Hosting checkout creates a recurring Stripe subscription. It renews and charges the payment method at the interval and price shown at checkout unless canceled. Promotion terms, taxes, and any changes shown for your order also matter. Keep your payment information current. A failed payment does not itself cancel a subscription, and this website does not implement a guaranteed nonpayment grace period.

4. Cancellation and server deletion

Use the subscription-management link on My servers to open Stripe's billing portal. The current default portal configuration allows cancellation at the end of the billing period. Review the cancellation confirmation and effective date shown for your subscription; its available options can depend on the subscription and portal settings. If cancellation is unavailable or the portal fails, contact support to request cancellation. Simply logging out, stopping a game server, leaving Discord, or requesting account deletion is not subscription cancellation.

Export the files you want to keep before cancellation takes effect. When Stripe reports that a subscription has ended, our website attempts to delete the associated hosting-panel server and removes the local subscription record. There is no promised recovery window or restoration service after deletion. Cancellation does not automatically erase billing records, support transcripts, or backups.

5. Billing disputes and refunds

For duplicate charges, failed provisioning, incorrect billing, or a refund request, contact support with the order details. We review the circumstances and applicable rights; we do not publish a blanket no-refunds rule or a guaranteed production refund period. Production subscription cancellation alone does not initiate an automatic refund in our website. The separate TEST capacity-wait rule below does not change production billing. Nothing here limits a refund, cancellation, payment-dispute, or other remedy required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

The following are service-use rules, not a claim that every violation is automatically detected. Do not use our services to:

You are responsible for your server configuration, uploaded content, authorized sub-users, and the permissions required for mods and game software. We may restrict access or remove unlawful or harmful material when necessary to address abuse, security, or legal obligations. For a disputed restriction, contact support with the affected service and relevant facts. This is not a promise of an automated appeal process or a particular response time.

7. Files, backups, and support

Keep an independent copy of important worlds, configurations, and files. Panel backup features and operational recovery copies are not a guarantee that a particular file can be restored. Support is available through website tickets, the published email address, and Discord; we do not guarantee round-the-clock staffing, response times, or cross-channel message delivery.

8. Ownership and third-party services

You keep your rights in content you provide. Hosting and support require us to store, transmit, and access that content for those functions, as described in our privacy policies. Game publishers, mods, Stripe, Discord, and other external services have their own terms. GameVerse is not claiming ownership of third-party games or affiliation with their publishers.

9. Service limitations and your rights

Hosting depends on software, networks, hardware, and third-party providers; outages, attacks, incompatibility, and data loss are possible. Do not use a game-hosting account as the only copy of critical data. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, replace mandatory consumer protections, or require arbitration or a waiver of class-action rights.

10. Changes

Revisions will be published with an updated date. Posting revised terms is not a claim that you accepted a new charge, that an existing order changed retroactively, or that legally required notice or consent can be skipped. Separate written commitments and mandatory legal rights remain applicable.

Resource-configurator test deployment

On test.gameversehosting.net, invited test accounts use Gameverse Hosting’s Stripe sandbox, not live payment processing. Resource prices are test illustrations, not approved commercial prices. A confirmed test purchase can create a real server on Gameverse infrastructure when capacity is available. The test order’s cancellation control requests immediate sandbox subscription cancellation and asynchronous deletion of only its mapped test server; it is not the production billing portal’s end-of-period option. Export any files first. Server cleanup and refunds have separate status: cancellation is not proof of a refund. Do not enter live payment details. Existing production subscriptions are not changed by this test flow.

Reviewed game variants can have different resource limits, settings, publisher acknowledgements and manual setup requirements. Review the selected variant and explicitly accept any required acknowledgements; GameVerse does not accept third-party terms on your behalf. Installation, startup and verified readiness are separate order states.

A sandbox subscription can begin while the paid order waits for capacity. Capacity shown before payment is advisory and is checked again before setup. Waiting does not guarantee a setup date, purchase hardware or pause billing.

TEST capacity-wait refunds: for orders whose quote or order status shows this coverage, if capacity still prevents setup seven days (7 × 24 hours) after the original confirmed payment, we automatically start cancellation and a full refund of that initial payment. Cancel an unfulfilled capacity wait earlier to start the same process immediately. Retries do not restart the seven-day period. Any already-refunded portion counts toward the full refund; it is not paid twice.

This rule does not apply to servers already provisioned, including those later deleted. Uncertain provisioning or payment details require review rather than an unsafe refund. The order shows pending, issued, failed or review status and the deadline when verified. Seven days is the refund-process initiation deadline, not a bank settlement promise. “Refund issued” requires payment-provider confirmation; bank processing can take longer. This TEST rule is not a production refund policy or a waiver of mandatory rights.
