Website support tickets are also available to account holders. This is the published contact route, not a claim that we have registered a statutory agent or designated a formal DMCA agent.

For an abuse or intellectual-property report, identify the affected URL/server, describe the conduct or work involved, explain your authority to report it, and include a way to contact you. Provide relevant evidence without sending unnecessary personal information. We may need follow-up information; submitting a report does not itself establish that a claim is valid.

Copyright and trademarks

Rights in GameVerse's original website content and branding remain with their respective owners. Game titles, logos, artwork, mods, software, and other third-party material remain the property of their owners. Hosting a game does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with its publisher. Customers retain their rights in content they provide and must have permission to use it.

External services

Stripe billing, Discord, the hosting panel, status services, and external resources are separate services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their own processing. Our privacy policy describes the information passed through GameVerse integrations; a link is not a guarantee about another provider.

No unsupported legal promises

These pages are service policies, not an attorney opinion, an audit certification, or a guarantee of compliance in every jurisdiction. They do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement, a class-action waiver, a made-up governing jurisdiction, or an unverified service-level guarantee. Mandatory legal and consumer rights remain applicable.

Isolated resource-configurator test service

The resource-configurator deployment at test.gameversehosting.net uses Gameverse Hosting’s separate Stripe sandbox and can allocate real test servers. It is a test of a proposed purchasing model, not a production billing cutover or a change to existing orders. Test-account data handling and immediate test cancellation are described in the policies above. This notice does not assert a new corporate status, provider guarantee, or waiver of mandatory rights.

Only reviewed variants shown as available in the test builder can be purchased there; a supported game listing is not a promise that every variant is available. Game-specific requirements, paid capacity waiting and the distinction between installation and verified readiness are described during review and in the test terms. No hardware acquisition, setup date or publisher endorsement is guaranteed by a listing or a capacity notification.

The TEST capacity-wait refund rule, where shown on a quote or order, starts cancellation and a full initial-payment refund after seven days from confirmed payment if capacity still prevents setup, or on earlier cancellation of that unfulfilled wait. It does not promise bank settlement within seven days or apply the rule to production subscriptions. Published copy alone does not confirm a payment, cancellation or refund; use the owned order’s separate refund status.
